Rafflesia Wedding Flowers offers a free initial wedding flower consultation service.  These initial consultations can take 

up to 2 hours if having Bridal, Ceremony and Reception Flowers.

Rafflesia Wedding Flowers will travel free to all bride's homes or wedding venues within a 10 mile radius of Crantock, 

but for those outside of this radius a fee of £1.00/mile will be charged for the extra miles incurred.

Alternatively a consultation can be booked at the workshop in Crantock or all of your wedding flowers can be arranged 

by email or by phone without face-to-face consultation, this may be beneficial for out-of-county brides.

Follow-up consultations are charged at £20.00/hour, but are not usually necessary, unless large changes are required 

to your floral pieces.

If you require Rafflesia Wedding Flowers to wait and move your flowers from the ceremony venue to the reception venue, there 

will be a fee of £20.00/hour plus £1.00/mile for the distance covered between the venues.

If you hire items from Rafflesia Wedding Flowers such as vases, pedestals or arches there will be a collection fee of a £1.00/mile 

traveled from Crantock to the venue of pick-up - this will be specified on your quote.

If you hire items from Rafflesia Wedding Flowers such as vases, pedestals or arches a deposit cheque will be required 

to cover the replacement cost of these items, should they be damaged.  This cheque will be returned to you for canceling 

upon the safe return of all items.  Rafflesia Wedding Flowers will inform you of the individual replacement costs of all items 

upon request or within your initial quote.

If you require Rafflesia Wedding Flowers to additionally set up items other than those already quoted within the individually priced 

floral items there will be a charge of £20.00/hour.

For the delivery of all floral items Rafflesia Wedding Flowers charges £1.00/mile from Crantock to the venue/s.
